Planner Stamping - Glam Vampire
This weeks spread features another yet another pumpkin but this one is definitely Halloween related as it stars the Destiny Vampire digi stamp from Faery Ink. I have coloured it up using Copic alcohol markers on cheap sticker paper. The piece was fussy cut with sharp craft scissors and was stuck over a background that was coloured with oil pastels.
I have also used a couple of fun Halloween stamps from Lawn Fawn...you have to love Lawn Fawn they do some fabulous stamps that work so well in planners. This week I found a UK stockist of Mama Elephant but as I am on a no craft spend I resisted temptation....but I have book marked the site to revisit at a later date...I need those page huggers.
Functional stamps this week are mostly from Tiny Stamps Big Plans...Rowena`s stamps are so fine and detailed that they would work really well in any planner particularly the smaller ones.
I am still looking for some Halloween Washi tape. I have found one that I want but everywhere seems to have sold out. So this week I have used a generic Washi from Stampin` Up and have cut it on a paper trimmer to get the slimmer pieces. I am starting to get a bit concerned that we will be in November before I track down Halloween Washi lol. Tonight however, I am going to take a trip to our brand spanking new Hobbycraft store that opened on Saturday and am keeping my fingers crossed for some good Washi. ** Hobbycraft being the nearest thing we have to a Michael`s or a Joann`s here in the UK...nowhere near as good but the best we have lol.
Also need to show you what my cat managed to do to my planner at the weekend. The planner was minding its own business on my bedside table (yes, I do play in my planner before bed lol). The daft cat jumped up, fell off and tried to save itself by the claws....needless to say it didn`t save itself but satisfyingly the planner landed on the cat.
Hope you all have a fabulous week. I am off to track down more Halloween related images and in particular one to celebrate the 5th November here in the UK
